    Package arrived in good condition, without any breaks or tears in the plastic. Also comes with instructions on how to use the product including variations of each exercise. Band (yellow) feels durable and not easy to break. Thank you for this product 😁

    Resistance is similar to whats promised. Sakto lang din yung haba ng band and hindi slippery kahit na pawis na kamay ko. Sayang lang kasi nung time na bumili ako wala na stock ng ibang bands. So hindi ko tuloy magamit to sa shoulder workout because its too heavy.
